Fulfillment & Shipping Schedule
Our fulfillment team processes orders daily from Monday to Friday. Standard order processing takes 1–3 business days. During flash sales, holiday seasons, and inventory restocking periods, order processing may be delayed by an additional 1–2 business days. We do not ship or process orders on weekends and public holidays.
Shipping Fees & Service Options
We provide unified standard shipping and optional expedited shipping services worldwide. All shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping country, package weight and logistics type. We offer free standard shipping for orders that reach the designated amount, which will be automatically applied during checkout.
Global Delivery Time
International delivery times depend on regional logistics and customs clearance progress:
- North America: 10–18 business days
- European Countries: 11–20 business days
- Oceania & Southeast Asia: 13–21 business days
- Other regions: 12–22 business days
All delivery times are estimated and cannot be 100% guaranteed due to uncontrollable international logistics factors.
Tracking Updates & Shipping Status
Once your order is dispatched, a shipment notification email with an official tracking number will be sent to your registered email. Newly generated tracking information usually takes 2–4 days to synchronize and display full transit details. If your package has no updates for more than 7 business days, you can contact our customer service for logistics inquiry.
Customs Clearance & Tax Responsibility
All cross-border shipments may be inspected by local customs and may generate import duties, taxes or clearance fees. These charges are completely independent of our store and are borne by the recipient. We are not responsible for package detention, return or additional costs caused by local customs policies.
Package Loss & Damage Solution
We provide shipping protection for all qualified orders. For packages confirmed lost by the logistics company or items received damaged, customers can apply for replacement or partial refund within 10 days after delivery confirmation. We will verify the situation and provide solutions in accordance with shipping protection rules.
Order Modification & Delivery Rules
Order information including shipping address, contact details and product specifications can be modified freely before shipment. Once the package enters logistics transit, no modification, cancellation or redirection is supported. Please confirm your order information carefully before payment.
